End the 5-minute match with the highest net worth (cash + property value). You start with $100,000 cash and zero property.

BUYING PROPERTY

Properties on the 8x8 grid randomly go up for auction (they glow yellow). You have 5 seconds to enter a blind bid. Highest bid wins. You won't see what others bid until the auction closes.

TIP: Don't overbid. The base value is shown — paying 2x the base value is rarely worth it.

ADJACENCY BONUS (the key to winning)

When you buy a property directly next to one you already own (up/down/left/right), both properties increase in value by 20%. This compounds — a cluster of 3-4 adjacent properties can be worth far more than scattered ones.

TIP: Focus your purchases in one area of the grid. A tight cluster beats scattered properties every time.

KEEP CASH ON HAND

Random Zoning Fines ($5K-$15K) hit sectors of the grid. If you own property there and don't have enough cash, the bank force-sells your most valuable property at a 30% loss to cover the fine.

TIP: Always keep at least $15K-$20K in cash as a safety net. Going all-in on property is the #1 way to lose.

STRATEGY SUMMARY

• Buy properties adjacent to each other for the 20% compound bonus
• Don't spend all your cash — fines will destroy your portfolio
• Bid near base value, not wildly above it
• Watch the event log (bottom-right) to track what others are doing
